All Pals That Change Your Attack Element and How It Works
Every Pal in Palworld whose partner skill converts the player's attack element — all 24 of them across 8 elements, whether they trigger mounted or summoned, and how to match them against boss weaknesses.

Some partner skills do something no gear in the game can: they convert your own attacks to the Pal's element — guns, bows, everything — while also boosting your Attack. That means your rifle can hit a Dragon boss for super-effective Ice damage just because of what you're riding. There are 24 Pals with this power across 8 elements. Here's the full list and how to squeeze the most out of it.
How Attack Element Conversion Works
The conversion comes in two flavors:
- Mount converters change your attack type while you're riding them
- Summon converters change it while their partner skill is active, so they work with any weapon while you fight on foot Either way your damage counts as the new element for every weakness and resistance on the element type chart, and the skill boosts your Attack on top — rank it up at the partner skill database to grow the bonus.
All 24 Element-Changing Pals
Coverage is uneven in interesting ways: Ice is the richest element with five converters, Fire and Dark and Electric get four each, and Dragon has exactly one — Chillet, very catchable early, which makes it weirdly precious. Eighteen of the 24 are mount-triggered, so the six summon converters (Wixen and Wixen Noct, Icelyn, Finsider, Elgrove, Prixter Lux, Anubis) are the short list for players who fight on foot.

Matching Elements to the Fight
This mechanic is at its best against bosses, because your weapon damage inherits the full weakness multiplier:
- Dragons fold to Ice — Frostallion or Azurobe Cryst turn your rifle into a Dragon-killer
- Ice and Grass bosses take extra from Fire — Pyrin is the classic pick
- Water bosses fear Electric — Beakon flies and converts at once
- Electric bosses crumble to Ground — Anubis converts while you fight on foot
- Neutral targets take extra from Dark — Helzephyr handles that in the air Check any boss's element on the tower boss list or base raid database, then bring the counter.
