Palworld's dungeons come in two flavors: caverns — repeatable cave dungeons that rotate their entrances around each region — and Sealed Realms, one-off shrines that each guard a powerful boss. Here's every named dungeon in the game and what's waiting inside.
All Sealed Realms
Each Sealed Realm is a fixed shrine sealing a single powerful Pal — the Alpha bosses. Beat them for Ancient Civilization Parts.
Which Caverns Pay the Most XP
Every cavern carries an experience multiplier set by the region it sits in, and it is a straight ladder — the same clear takes more than twice the XP in the sky that it does in the Grasslands. Once you can survive a tier, there is no reason to keep farming the one below it.
