How to Get Shroomer
Shroomer is Grass, so a Fire attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Shroomer spawn between level 39 and 77. The higher end resists spheres noticeably harder, so it is worth hunting the low-level spawns for your first catch and saving the high ones for a condenser stack.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it dead average, which makes the back-strike bonus worth lining up before you throw.

Where to Find Shroomer
Shroomer spawn locations in the wild — every marked spot is a known spawn area.
Most of them are around Sakurajima - Mushroom Wetlands (69.5% of known spots), with smaller pockets near Cherry Blossom Crossroads and Isle of Murmurs. They come in groups of up to 3, so plan sphere stock for more than one.
Shroomer at a Ranch
Assign Shroomer to a Ranch and it produces Mushroom on its own, no work order needed — the Ranch job sits at rank 3 for this one. That is the hands-off way to keep a supply coming in rather than hunting for it.
MushroomShroomer in Base Raids
Shroomer shows up in one raid group that attack your base, at level 35–39 around the Sakurajima. Worth knowing before you settle there — build your defences around what actually turns up.
Dungeons Shroomer Appears In
Besides its wild habitat, Shroomer turns up inside one cavern, and takes the boss chamber in one of them. Caverns are the reliable option when the overworld roll is not going your way.
