How to Get Cawgnito

Cawgnito is Dark, so a Dragon attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Cawgnito spawn between level 14 and 57. That top end fights the sphere much harder, so start low and leave the tougher ones until you need duplicates.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it dead average, which makes the back-strike bonus worth lining up before you throw.

Assign Cawgnito to a Ranch and it produces Bone on its own, no work order needed — the Ranch job sits at rank 1 for this one. That is the hands-off way to keep a supply coming in rather than hunting for it.
