How to Get Flaracle
Flaracle is Fire, so a Water attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Flaracle spawn between level 68 and 80. A level 80 one resists far more than a level 68; catch cheap first, then farm the high spawns for condensing.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it dead average, which makes the back-strike bonus worth lining up before you throw.
