How to Get Solmora
Solmora can be fished up rather than fought — 2 wild spots of the small kind hold it, at level 65–69. The alpha turns up on the bigger spots, so a rod can hand you one without a fight. Once you have a Fishing Pond at base it shows up there too — 3.7% per catch in the large pool, which is the hands-off way to farm one.
Solmora is Water, so an Electric or Grass attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Solmora spawn between level 66 and 67. That top end fights the sphere much harder, so start low and leave the tougher ones until you need duplicates.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it exactly average, so weaken it properly and throw from behind for the back-strike bonus.
