How to Get Lullu
Lullu is Grass, so a Fire attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Lullu spawn between level 40 and 57. That top end fights the sphere much harder, so start low and leave the tougher ones until you need duplicates.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it dead average, which makes the back-strike bonus worth lining up before you throw.

Where to Find Lullu
Lullu spawn locations in the wild — every marked spot is a known spawn area.
Nearly all of them sit around Secluded Cemetery — 100% of the known spots. They come in groups of up to 3, so plan sphere stock for more than one.
Dungeons Lullu Appears In
Besides its wild habitat, Lullu turns up inside one cavern, and takes the boss chamber in one of them. Caverns are the reliable option when the overworld roll is not going your way.
the boss chamber fight is level 47–49, and ordinary cavern spawns run level 40–45.
