How to Get Lapure
Lapure is Neutral, so a Dark attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Lapure spawn between level 65 and 69. Higher-level ones are markedly harder to hold — take a low one first and come back for the rest when you are stacking a condenser.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it exactly average, so weaken it properly and throw from behind for the back-strike bonus.

Lapure shows up in one raid group that attack your base, at level 13–15 around the Sky City. Worth knowing before you settle there — build your defences around what actually turns up.

Besides its wild habitat, Lapure turns up inside one cavern. Caverns are the reliable option when the overworld roll is not going your way.
