How to Get Fuddler
Fuddler is Ground, so a Grass attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Fuddler spawn between level 5 and 40. Higher-level ones are markedly harder to hold — take a low one first and come back for the rest when you are stacking a condenser.
Its capture rate is 1.0, which makes it dead average, which makes the back-strike bonus worth lining up before you throw.

Where to Find Fuddler
Fuddler spawn locations in the wild — every marked spot is a known spawn area.
Most of them are around Anubis Dunes (21.9% of known spots), with smaller pockets near Desert Backbone and PIDF Tower Entrance. They come in groups of up to 3, so plan sphere stock for more than one.
Dungeons Fuddler Appears In
Besides its wild habitat, Fuddler turns up inside 4 caverns, and takes the boss chamber in 3 of them. Caverns are the reliable option when the overworld roll is not going your way.
the boss chamber fight is level 10–40, and ordinary cavern spawns run level 5–36.
