Loomen is Dark / Fire, so a Dragon or Water attacker takes it down fastest — and a Pal it resists will drag the fight long enough for it to heal or flee.
Wild Loomen spawn between level 75 and 77. A level 77 one resists far more than a level 75; catch cheap first, then farm the high spawns for condensing.
