Where to Find Laser Rifle

The recipe is not on the Technology tree — it is locked behind a schematic you have to find first. The best single source is crates on the large oil rig at 1.5% per container, and the table below lists every tier and where each one drops.

The Alpha Lyleen Noct holding the schematic has exactly one spawn on the main map, at level 58, and Secluded Cemetery is the closest of the 137 fast travel points to it — the Alpha stands northeast of that point, with the next nearest landing spot almost twice as far off. That makes the reset loop about as short as an Alpha loop gets: travel, fight, log the 3% roll, repeat.

Do not bother with wild Lyleen Noct. All 42 of their spawn points are in the World Tree region, nowhere near the Alpha, and they carry the ordinary drop table with no schematic in it at any rarity — the schematic sits on the Alpha entry alone.

Using Laser Rifle Well

The Alpha pays on the misses too. Each clear leaves 6 to 7 Ancient Civilization Parts and 6 to 7 Precious Entrails, and the Legendary build asks for 5 Parts — so one kill covers the single line of the recipe you can neither mine nor farm, and the Entrails are listed at 12,500 gold each on top.

If you would rather not fight it, judge container routes by what a pull is worth after fusion, since five of any tier make one of the next. Sea base camp boss stashes in the Snowfields roll the 2★, 3★ and 4★ copies at 18.43%, 3.69% and 0.74%, and those three rungs are worth almost exactly the same once converted — 2.21% of a Legendary a stash, one about every 45. Tier 4 treasure map digs come to 1.80%, near 56 digs. Crates on the large oil rig read well at 1.47% but that pool holds only the Legendary itself, so a miss leaves nothing to fuse; the smaller rigs work out at 1.12%, and no other pool in the game reaches 0.62%.

The two best container routes feed each other. The tier 4 treasure maps behind the digs drop from sea base camp boss stashes in the Desert and the Snowfields 40% of the time, and from ordinary camp boss stashes at 20%, so a Snowfields sea base run banks schematic copies and the maps for the second route in the same pass.

Every Tier of Laser Rifle

The same piece exists at 5 rarities, and the gap is not cosmetic: attack runs 1250 to 1875, a 1.5x swing. Which one you end up with is decided by the rarity of the schematic you built from, not by the recipe — so a legendary copy of this is worth more than the next item up built from a common one.

Schematics That Unlock Laser Rifle

The Technology tree hands you the plain Laser Rifle at level 51 for 5 Technology points, but nothing above that base version — the rarer builds are schematic-only. One schematic grants the recipe, and they are world loot — chests, boss Pals and the late-game pools — rather than anything you research. Higher-rarity copies of the same schematic raise the quality of what you end up crafting.

Fastest route. Two routes to the top-tier Laser Rifle schematic, and they are not measured in the same thing: about 33 kills hunting it directly from lyleen Noct (alpha), or roughly 68 containers farming the 3★ copy from sea base enemy camp boss stashes in the Snowfields and fusing five. Which is faster depends on how long one of each takes you. Schematics fuse five-to-one, so a lower tier with better odds can beat the top tier outright. Counts are containers of that source, not time.

Step up from here and you get Heavy Assault Rifle at 1,938 attack; step down and it is Single-Shot Rifle at 1,870. The size of that step is what decides whether the crafting bill is justified yet.
