Implant: Serenity adds Serenity to a Pal that does not have it. That is a strong trait, worth a slot on any Pal you intend to keep.
Serenity changes Active Skill Cool Time Decrease by +30, Shot Attack by +10.
No Pal is born with Serenity, so an implant is the only way to get it onto anything — that is what makes these worth holding rather than selling.
